The dates for the next sessions of the two official EHEDG courses in hygienic design have been published.
The basic course, organised according to the EHEDG Fundamental Course on Hygienic Design training scheme, will take place in Brugherio (MB) on 11 June 2025.
The advanced course, organised according to the EHEDG Advanced Course on Hygienic Design training scheme, will take place in Parma from 20 to 22 May 2025.
The two courses, which are particularly practice-oriented, allow you to easily learn complex, highly multidisciplinary concepts that have a dramatic impact on safety and quality management in food companies and on the design of facilities and machinery by the corresponding suppliers.
Both courses will be held in Italian by EHEDG-authorised trainers.
Places are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
