Thanks to Alan Friis and Natacha Holmud for organizing the annual meeting of the EHEDG Certification SubCom. Every year, the EHEDG Authorized Evaluation Officers meet at one of the authorized laboratories to witness the technicians performing the experimental tests used for EHEDG certifications. This was the turn of Force Technology ‘s laboratory in Brøndby, Denmark.
On this occasion we were able to witness the execution of the cleanability test for closed equipment performed according to EHEDG Doc.2
This activity, which takes place annually on a rotating basis at a different laboratory, contributes to the full fulfillment of the requirements set forth in ISO 17025, which is used for the accreditation of testing laboratories. Accreditation of laboratories according to this standard is an internationally recognized tool aimed at ensuring the validity of test results.
