Get a preview of all the new features introduced by the new edition of Doc. 13 EHEDG on the hygienic design of equipment used in open processes. In conjunction with the new OPC test method, this guideline forms the basis for EHEDG certification of open equipment.
In the Webinar I will outline the rationale and objectives behind this revision, explain the main changes from the previous edition, and go into the technical detail of the design requirements.
As part of the hygienic design principles, the content of the new Doc. 13 will be an integral part of the next edition of the EHEDG advanced course on hygienic design of food equipment. Find out about upcoming courses in the “Training” section.
